The hamlet of Zuort is an ensemble of farm, stable, chalet and chapel and was the customs station to Austria for centuries. Today, the second generation of the Pult family runs this unique mountain inn with great attention to historical details.

On the first day we start in Vnà and hike via Alp Griosch to Zuort. We check into our rooms and toast to the coming festive season in this fairytale winter landscape. Those who wish can enjoy a sauna in the outbuilding and cool off in the powder snow outside.
The restaurant serves local Engadine cuisine for a maximum of 16 guests and has a well-kept wine cellar with Graubünden and Tyrolean wines.
On the second day we hike along the Brancla stream up the Val Sinestra, depending on the avalanche situation, to Alp Chöglias. This snowshoe tour is only undertaken by the few guests of Hof Zuort, this border area is too remote.
Through the snow-covered fir forests and on a good path, we return to civilisation on the third day. We can make a detour to the legendary haunted hotel Val Sinestra or hike directly back to Sent. An easy and scenically unique snowshoe hike to end the year.
