The Alpstein is an attractive destination for hikers and those seeking relaxation. With three mountain lakes and three striking mountain ranges within a compact area, the region offers a varied and charming landscape. The flora displays a remarkable diversity depending on the season and altitude. Occasionally, native wildlife such as ibex and golden eagles can be spotted. During the planned two-day hike, we will cross two passes, a saddle, and a plateau; visit two lakes, an alpine garden, and a geological trail; and have the opportunity to stop at five mountain inns.
